    How do I return or exchange an item?

    If you're not 100% satisfied with the products that you ordered, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from dog hair, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    *We will not accept any Herm Sprenger collars for exchange or return without the original tag.

    *Items that have been used or are full of dog hair will not be accepted for a return. If an item is sent back full of dog hair from trying it on your dog, a $10 cleaning fee will be applied.

    If you would like to return an item, please send it to the address below, along with your name, order number, and mention that it is a return.

    If you would like to request an exchange, please send us a message with your order number and the exchange request. does not issue refunds for returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.

    *Please message us before sending back any exchanges.

    Shipping to send an item or items back for Returns/Exchanges is at the customer's cost, unless it is due to something that is our fault, in which case, we will provide a return label.
