Return/Exchange Policy

Please note, if we provide a shipping label for a regular return, the amount of the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received them, new, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, free from dog hair and debris, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Items returned within 30 days of the date of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. If we are unable to process a refund to the original form of payment, a store credit will be issued.
  • Treats and supplements cannot be returned
  • We will not accept any Herm Sprenger collars for exchange or return without the original tag.
  • Please note shipping charges are non-refundable; shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged during shipping or sent in error.
  • If you receive a damaged item or an item sent in error, please email us right away with pictures of the product you received so we can get a replacement sent to you. customerservice@germanshepherdshop.com

To return an item to us, include your returned product and packing slip, in the original package if possible or an appropriate box. Please note on the packing slip that it is a return.

Exchanges

Option 1:

  • Call us at 877-728-4813 to order a replacement product and we will waive any standard shipping charges on your exchange order (for customers in the 48 contiguous states only) and guide you through the exchange.

Option 2:

  • Using the packing slip you received with your original order, indicate the new product you would like the original purchased product to be exchanged for. Include the original packing slip in the packaging with your returned product. Once your returned package has been received, we’ll get your exchange order sent out to you right away with free shipping. (for customers in the 48 contiguous states only)

If you do not have your packing slip, please include your name and order number and a note stating if it is a return or exchange. If it is an exchange, please indicate the new product you would like the original purchased product to be exchanged for.

Shipping charges to send back an item or items for returns or exchanges will be the sole responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged during shipping or sent in error.
