Returns/Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from dog hair, with tags, and in its original packaging.
*We will not accept any Herm Sprenger collars for exchange or return without the original tag.
*Items that have been used or are full of dog hair will not be accepted for return. If an item is sent back full of dog hair from trying it on your dog, a $10 cleaning fee will be applied.
*Treats and supplements can not be returned.
If you would like to return an item, please send it to the address below, along with your name, and order number, and mention that it is a return.
If you would like to request an exchange, please send us a message with your order number and the exchange request.
If you receive a damaged item, please email us right away with pictures of the damaged product so we can get it taken care of for you. customerservice@germanshepherdshop.com
GermanShepherdShop.com does not issue refunds for returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.

Shipping to send an item or items back for Returns/Exchanges is at the customer's cost unless it is due to something that is our fault, in which case, we will provide a return label.
