Bombproof ball

My GSD is a very hard biter and absolutely loves this ball. He’s rarely seen without one in his mouth, unless it’s to give it to me to throw. He even sleeps with it in his mouth! It’s extremely durable, having survived being left out in the snow for several days with no damage. And of course it survives his hard biting - we’ve been using these balls for several months and they still look brand new.

What's the returns policy?

Exchanges ship free to customers in the 48 contiguous states once we receive the original item.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of dog hair/debris, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will go to the original payment method or store credit if the original method is unavailable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Treats, supplements, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Herm Sprenger products without the original tag will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Email us at customerservice@germanshepherdshop.com with photos so we can send a replacement.
