My German shepherd ripped the pulls off immediately, it’s hard to play tug with him

This is the tug toy! My German shepherd LOVES this. I have played serious tug games with him and the fabric still seems in new condition. It's really great quality and I am so happy I got it. He loves plush toys but always rips them to shreds, this is the durable sub I have been looking for. I'm not sure what to do with the long straps but he has been using them as whips lol, obviously you can cut or tie them but just be aware if you have a cheeky dog
