Shipping:
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
US shipping is FREE.
International shipping is $9.99. Orders over $100 are FREE.
How long will it take to receive my order?
US Customers: For apparel and mugs, production can take up to 3-6 business days and may take longer during the holiday season, and shipping can take up to another 3-5 business days.
For non-print items, items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping can take up to another 3-5 business days.
International Customers: For apparel and mugs, production can take up to 3-6 business days and may take longer during the holiday season, and shipping can take up to another 2-4 weeks.

During the holiday season, it may take longer for your items to be shipped. Apparel and mugs ordered after December 4th are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
What happens if my order gets lost?
If it is a mailing issue where it got lost in transit just let us know and we will send out a replacement. If the tracking shows delivered or Return To Sender, we can only offer a replacement order to an alternative address to ensure you receive the package.
Returns/Exchanges:
How can I return or exchange an item?
German Shepherd Shop will gladly except a return or exchange of a product that is in new, unused condition. New, unused products must be clean and free of dirt or pet hair. If a product has been tried on and contains dirt and/or pet hair as a result, all dirt and/or pet hair must be removed before returning or exchanging.
If you would like to exchange a product, please email us with your order number and the product you would like to exchange, along with the new size, color, etc. that you are wanting.
Exchange: Once we receive the original product, the exchanged item will be shipped within two business days.
Returns: Once we receive the return, we will issue out a credit within two business days. A credit confirmation email will be sent once it is processed.

What if my shirt doesn’t fit?
We offer a free one size up or one size down replacement for shirts that do not fit. Just email us at customerservice@germanshepherdshop.com with your order number, the item that needs a new size, and if you would like one size up or one size down.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item/wrong size/or a misprinted item?
If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size, bad graphic, just send us a picture of the item you received, and we can offer a refund or replacement.
What we need to make a replacement order:
Please provide your name and email.
Please provide your order number
Please provide a picture of wrong/damaged item.
Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.
Once we receive this, we will get a replacement product sent right out!

US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date for a return or exchange.
Shipping to send an item or items back for Returns/Exchanges are at the customers cost.
