The K9 THORN Cobra-Alpha 1.75-Inch Tactical Dog Collar with COBRA Buckle is a premium tactical collar engineered for military, police K9, sport, and professional working dogs. Built for demanding environments, it combines industry-leading Austrian hardware with heavy-duty PA6 polyamide webbing for exceptional strength, reliability, and performance.

At the heart of the collar is the legendary Austrialpin COBRA® quick-release buckle, manufactured in Austria and trusted worldwide in mountaineering, rescue, and tactical applications. The buckle features a 9 kN breaking strength and an 18 kN loop strength, with a body machined from 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum, stainless steel pins and locking bar, and brass locking clips for maximum durability.

An Austrialpin aircraft-grade aluminum adjuster, rated to 15 kN, allows precise sizing while maintaining exceptional strength and security.

For leash attachment, K9 THORN uses a black anodized curved aluminum V-ring rated to 20 kN. Its ergonomic curved design allows for quick, one-handed attachment of virtually any leash clip or carabiner, including the KONG Frog® connector.

Constructed from 1.75" (45 mm) PA6 polyamide webbing, the collar offers a 20 kN (approximately 4,500 lb.) breaking strength. The 2.2 mm thick webbing provides medium stiffness for excellent control while remaining comfortable for everyday use. Compared to polyester, polypropylene, and cotton webbing, PA6 polyamide offers superior abrasion resistance, weather resistance, color retention, and long-term durability. Heat-sealed edges prevent fraying and unraveling over years of use.

A full-length hook-and-loop (Velcro®-style) panel allows you to attach your dog's name tape, identification, unit patches, or morale patches for easy personalization.
