The Dogra 1900S with boost and lock is just what I was looking for. I had a Dogtra 200C previously and it worked good for 4.5 years. While the 200c was a good collar, I am definitely enjoying the new features included with the 1900S.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes! We stand behind everything we sell. If a product arrives damaged or becomes defective within 30 days, we’ll replace or refund it — no hassle.

Exchanges ship free to customers in the 48 contiguous states once we receive the original item.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of dog hair/debris, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will go to the original payment method or store credit if the original method is unavailable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Treats, supplements, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Herm Sprenger products without the original tag will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
