Effective, but not the best.

This tool gets a lot of undercoat out of my German Shepherd, but have to stop every few strokes to manually remove it, and the blades are sharp. Also, the handle is plastic and my 2 1/2 y.o. decided it was a fine chew toy, thereby destroying it. I strongly prefer the Furminator - gets out the same amount of undercoat but is easier to use & more efficient.

  • Products must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of dog hair/debris, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will go to the original payment method or store credit if the original method is unavailable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Treats, supplements, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Herm Sprenger products without the original tag will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
