Not for aggressive chewers

My lab destroyed the nylon in minutes and then advanced to the leather. Didn’t last 15 minutes…

Perfect tug

Full disclosure. I bought this from the German Shepherd store for my Belgian Malinois. My dogs didn’t seem to mind, in fact not at all. They love this tug! Almost too much. Shipping was fast too. I think I will shop here again if that’s ok with the German Shepherds. 😂

Exchanges ship free to customers in the 48 contiguous states once we receive the original item.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of dog hair/debris, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will go to the original payment method or store credit if the original method is unavailable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Treats, supplements, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Herm Sprenger products without the original tag will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Email us at customerservice@germanshepherdshop.com with photos so we can send a replacement.
