The K9 Evolution MCRS EVA Foam Magnetic Ball 2.5" is a training reward tool designed to build focus, engagement, and drive in working dogs.

Made from EVA foam (similar to Crocs material), the ball is lightweight, slightly elastic, and soft on the dog’s mouth while still durable for repeated training use. The material also allows the ball to float on water, making it suitable for both land and water training.

This ball is part of the MCRS® (Magnetic Canine Reward System) and is designed to be used with compatible magnets. It can be hidden on the handler or placed on metal surfaces, allowing for precise reward timing and improved focus during training.

The EVA material provides a softer feel compared to rubber balls, making it a good option for dogs that prefer a more flexible grip while still maintaining durability during active training sessions.

What is the MCRS magnetic system?

The MCRS® system is a magnetic reward setup that allows you to hide and place the ball using magnets, improving timing and engagement during training.

Do I need a magnet for this ball?

Yes. The ball is designed to work with MCRS magnets, which are sold separately. Without a magnet, it can still be used as a standard reward ball.

There are two magnet options available for the MCRS system:

  • The MCRS Big Magnet (42mm) is designed to work with the MCRS Vest, providing a strong and stable hold for the ball during training.
  • The MCRS Duo Magnet is a two-piece system that allows you to create a magnetic setup without a vest. One piece goes inside your clothing and the other on the outside, letting you use regular clothes as part of the magnetic reward system.

This gives you the flexibility to train with or without specialized gear, depending on your setup.

Where can I use the magnetic ball?

You can use it on:

Can my dog chew on this ball?
