Use a soft measuring tape and measure around your dog’s neck where the collar will sit. The tape should be snug but not tight, you should be able to fit two fingers underneath. The number you get is the neck size you should order.
The size you provide will fit on the center hole of the collar. Each collar has 5 holes total, spaced 1 inch apart. This gives you two smaller adjustment holes and two larger adjustment holes for flexibility. There will also be about 2 inches of leather past the last hole.
Example: If your dog’s neck measures 20 inches, the collar will fit at 20 inches on the center hole, with adjustment from 18 to 22 inches.
These collars are handcrafted, so slight size variations may occur.
2-ply and padded leather collars are made 1 inch larger to ensure proper fit and comfort.
